- **CI/CD and DevOps**: Automated build, test and deployment pipelines on Docker, Kubernetes and GitLab CI, so releases stop being events.
- **Monitoring and runbooks**: Logs, metrics and alerts, plus written procedures so your team can run each system.

## How it runs

- **Take stock**: We list what you run, who owns it and what it depends on.
- **Plan the waves**: Applications grouped into waves, each with a cutover date and a rollback path.
- **Move and test**: Each application is moved, tested and switched over, one wave at a time.
- **Run and improve**: We hand over with runbooks, or keep running the platform with you.
