The same criteria apply when SDK chooses whom to send an offer to and whom to introduce to a client.
No discrimination
No decision to admit, refuse, send an offer or introduce someone to a client is based, directly or indirectly, on any ground listed in article 225-1 of the French Criminal Code, including origin, sex, family situation, pregnancy, appearance, economic vulnerability, surname, place of residence, health, loss of autonomy, disability, genetic characteristics, morals, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, political opinions, trade union activity, whistleblower status, ability to speak a language other than French, or membership, real or supposed, of an ethnic group, nation, alleged race or religion. SDK passes on no client requirement based on any of these grounds.
A human decision, with reasons on request
Each decision is taken by a named member of SDK's staff and notified to you in writing. Within two months of it, you can ask in writing for its reasons; SDK answers within 30 days.
After a refusal, you can apply again six months after the refusal was notified.
