What should we prepare?
Nothing technical. Think about the repetitive tasks that take your team time and the tools you use: email, CRM, spreadsheets, business software.
Do you need access to our systems or data?
No. The audit is a conversation: you describe how you work, and we ask for no access. To show us an example, an anonymized document is enough.
