Is this a long engagement?
It does not have to be. Most advice work is short and focused, with a written answer at the end. A fractional CTO role lasts as long as it is useful to you.
Will you just tell us to hire you?
No. The recommendation is written so your own team can act on it. If building with us makes sense, we say so, and you decide.
Can you look at a project another team built?
Yes. Rescue and due diligence work usually starts with code we did not write.
