Hire developers

Hire AI agent developers who get agents into real work, with people in control.

A demo is easy. The real job is an agent that handles real requests, reaches only the tools it should and hands risky steps to a person. We send vetted developers who are available and want the work, and you see their experience before you decide.

When teams bring us this brief

  • A team that tried AI tools but never got them into daily work
  • An engineering team that wants tests, release notes or reviews drafted for it
  • An operations team buried in requests, tickets or documents to sort

What the job covers in practice

  • Choose the right tasks

Find frequent tasks that are easy to check, where an agent saves real time, and say which ones should stay human.

  • Build agents with limits

Agents in LangChain or LangGraph that plan, act only through the tools you allow and log each step.

  • Connect models to your systems

OpenAI and Anthropic Claude wired to your repositories, tickets and documents, often through n8n.

  • Test on real examples

Try the agent on your own cases, fix what it gets wrong and add a human approval step before anything important changes.

Tools this role often works with

  • OpenAI
  • Anthropic Claude
  • LangChain
  • LangGraph
  • n8n

How it works

  1. 01

    Tell us who you need

A short brief: the role or skills, when they should start and for how long. A rough idea is enough.

  2. 02

    Get a shortlist

Vetted people who are available and have said they are interested. You see their experience, skills and why we picked them.

  3. 03

    Choose for each person

Hire them directly, or let SDK manage them. Or pass, and we keep looking.

  4. 04

    They start

We introduce you and agree the start date. We stay your contact while they work.

Two ways to work with each person

You decide for each person on your shortlist, so you can mix both on the same team.

  • Hire directly

They work for you, on your own contract.

    • We introduce you and hand them over
    • They join your team on your terms
    • You manage their work, admin and payments
    • Best when you want them for the long run
  • Let SDK manage them

They work on your project, under our contract.

    • They join your project under SDK's contract
    • We handle the paperwork, admin and payments
    • If it does not work out, we find a replacement
    • Best when you want to start fast with no admin

Work our own engineers have delivered

These case studies are our team's track record, not work by the freelancers on your shortlist. Our engineers review every candidate before we propose them.

Our engineers built AI-driven internal tooling that automated recurring engineering tasks for NorthStar Network's team. We also build SDK Pilot, our own AI engineering agent, which shows its plan before acting, logs every tool call and returns reviewable diffs.

Questions before you hire

Do we need an AI developer, or a project?

If someone on your side can direct the work and own the result, a developer on your team works well. If not, we can build the agent as a project, with our engineers accountable for it.

Which models will they work with?

Usually the OpenAI and Anthropic Claude APIs, chosen per task for quality, speed and your data rules. If you require a specific provider, put it in your brief.

How do we stop an agent from doing something it should not?

Give it only the tools it needs, log every step and send important changes to a person as a draft or diff to approve. It is a good question to ask every candidate.

Is this related to SDK Pilot?

No. SDK Pilot is our own product. The developers you hire work on your agents, your tools and your data.

What to put in your brief

A rough idea is enough to start. These details help us send the right people.

  • The task you want to automate, with two or three real examples
  • The systems the agent must read or change, and your data rules
  • Who will check the agent's work once it is live
