Slump needed a platform that tracks 5G network trends, capacity indicators and saturation prediction for network operators across southern Spain.
Network data arrives as a continuous high-volume stream. Operators needed live views, not delayed reports, and alerts when something unusual happened, without people watching dashboards all day.
What we did
- Architected a Laravel 11/12 backend that ingests and processes streaming 5G data in real time.
- Built live operational dashboards powered by WebSockets.
- Redesigned Redis caching and optimized targeted queries to cut ingestion latency.
- Designed dynamic anomaly alerting that flags network issues automatically.
Results
- Lower latency in the data-ingestion pipeline after the caching redesign.
- Less manual monitoring, with anomalies flagged automatically.
